Risk Reserve

Parameters for creating a risk reserve deposit for an employment. A risk reserve is a refundable deposit held by Remote to cover potential liabilities during the onboarding period, such as severance obligations or statutory entitlements. The reserve amount is calculated automatically based on the employment's country, contract terms, and applicable labor laws.
