List the rates of a contractor

Lists the rates configured for a contractor, whatever the origin of their contract: rates agreed
through a Remote-managed services agreement and statement of work, and rates recorded by the
company on its own paper, are returned in the same shape.

What the response contains:

  • The configured rate — not amounts that were scheduled, invoiced, or paid.
  • The contractor's main rate, the one Show Employment returns as contractor_rate. It can belong
to a Statement of Work whose services have not started yet. When a Statement of Work established
it, its service_start_date says when it applies.
  • The rate of every signed Statement of Work that has not been replaced or ended, including one
whose services have not started. A Statement of Work past its planned end date keeps its rate
listed: the engagement continues month to month until it is replaced or ended.
  • Not listed: rates of replaced or ended Statements of Work other than the main rate, terms of an
unsigned Statement of Work, and a rate a later edit or signature replaced, unless a Statement of
Work still in force established it, in which case both the new and the original rate are listed.
  • The stored rate, even when the contractor's contract has already expired.

contract_start_date and contract_expiration_date describe the contract the rate is paid under,
not where the rate came from; service_start_date and service_end_date describe the Statement
of Work that established the rate and are null when none did. type and pay_frequency list
every value Remote stores; a new value is announced as an API change. See the field descriptions
for how each is derived.

A contractor with no rate, and an employment that is not a contractor, both return an empty list.
